At no time did she become pushy or "sharky" which is a term I heard several of my friends use regarding the agents they have dealt with. She has a family of her own and understood what I wanted for mine. When we finally found our soon to be dream home, Jennifer was able to get the selling agent to accept our contingent offer, when they had cash offers on the table. We were given two weeks to have our current house in escrow, starting on Friday before Christmas, which gave us a total of seven business days. Jennifer definitely put in the effort and got our house sold and we received multiple offers in that extremely short time period. She pulled off, what I thought was close to impossible and my family can't thank her enough. I could not imagine the experience going so smoothly or even going through with any other agent. I'm not somebody who typically writes reviews, but Jennifer definitely deserves and earned it.
