She came to the first meeting prepared and ready to discuss all details. My Mom was extremely impressed with her friendly, yet professional nature. We got the condo sold in 8 days and $15k over the asking price thanks to Jen's supreme negotiating skills. She got us more than what we expected. She also helped my Mom get her dream home, 11 houses away from mine. We had several hurdles to overcome dealing with the sellers and the other agent but Jen's resourcefulness and problem solving skills got us past it and I and my Mom couldn't be happier with the result. Jen is a person of integrity, always doing things on the up and up but always finding a way to make it work. We have the utmost confidence in Jen and her ability to make things happen.
